POLITICS PART TWO: POLITICS ARE EVIL

The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. You can look that up in any Encyclopedia.

"Supreme Law" means that the U.S. Government considers the U.S. Constitution to be the highest form of law, and that all other laws are subject to it. At least withing the United States.

The United States Constitution defines the three main branches of the government: The legislative branch with a bicameral Congress, an executive branch led by the President, and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. Besides providing for the organization of these branches, the Constitution carefully outlines which powers each branch may exercise. It also reserves numerous rights for the individual states, thereby establishing the United States' federal system of government.

THIS FORM OF GOVERNMENT IS BASED DIRECTLY UPON THE CONTENTS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE CHILDREN OF YISRAEL, CALLED TORAH.

ALL DIFFERENCES IN LEGISLATION, JUDICIAL DECREES, AND EXECUTIVE DECISIONS ARE THE RESULT OF REJECTING THE JUDGMENTS OF THE TORAH, AND EXALTING THE JUDGMENTS OF MAN ABOVE THE JUDGMENTS OF YAHOWAH. IN SHORT, THEY REJECT THE SUPREMACY OF YAHOWAH, AND THE GOVERNMENT THAT YAHOWAH HAS DECREED TO BE SUPREME.

THIS IS EVIL. YET, BEFORE ANY OF THIS WAS DONE BY THE UNITED STATES, THE CHILDREN OF YISRAEL DID IT THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE, THUS SETTING THE FOUNDATION FOR THE REJECTING, AND REPLACEMENT OF THE LAWS, STATUTES, AND COMMANDMENTS OF YAHOWAH.

Mattithyahu 15:1-9
[1] Then came to Rabbi Yehoshua scribes and Pharisees, which were of Yerushalom, saying,
[2] Why do thy students transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
[3] But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of Elohiym by your tradition?
[4] For Elohiym commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother (Ex 20:12 & Deut. 5;16): and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death (Ex. 21:17 & Lev. 20:9).
[5] But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
[6] And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of Elohiym of none effect by your tradition.
[7] Ye hypocrites, well did Yashiyahu prophesy of you, saying,
[8] This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
[9] But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

The "commandments of men" being referred to here, is the Babylonian Talmud which states: "He who cursed father or mother is not guilty till he curse them by the NAME (YHWH). "If he curse them with a substituted name of Elohiym (HaShem)?" Rabbi Meier pronounces him "guilty:" but the Sages "free him."

That was from an online source: The Talmud, by Joseph Barclay, [1878], at sacred-texts.com But the influence of the Babylonian captivity was not the origin of Yisrael's estrangement from the mind of YAH. The Egyptian Captivity was the original source .

Even as our ancestors had taken their first steps at becoming a "Soveriegn Nation", and even as their constitution was being written with the very finger of Elohiym and delivered to their YAH-anointed leader, the children of Yisrael, (and the strangers that were among them) were of one consent to establish the ways of Egypt as supreme!

If it were not for the mercy of YAHOWAH who chose to remember his oath to Abraham, Yitzchaq, and Ya'aqob, our fathers would have had their seed (us) cut off from the land of the living.

 

THE SUPREME CONSTITUTION AND LAW OF THE YISRAELITES IS CONTAINED IN HA TORAH

THE CONSTITUTION IS ACTUALLY THE TEN WORDS (COMMANDMENTS) SPOKEN BY YAH AT MOUNT SINAI.

The "SANHEDRIN" An Unauthorized Political Institutionis the begining of the heathen practice of "politics" among the children of Yisrael.
The "Sanhedrin" was a first century organization formed during the Greek Hellenistic period to represent the dissolved Southern Kingdom of Yehudah in the Hasmonaen Court in Palestine. It was presided over by King Alexander Jannaeus of "Judea" and by his wife Queen Salomé after his death.
It was made up of the Kohen G'dol, The Elders, and the Judges organized by political sect, which at the time was dictated by how the sect interpreted the scriptures, and what direction they wanted to influence the nation to go in absence of a YAH-anointed King.
Under increasing pressure first by the Greeks, then the Romans, they became the political buffer between the nations, and the remnant of Yisralites in the land prior to 70 AD.
Due to a total deterioration of Governmental powers, ie: The Roman Ban on Torah-Based Punishment of Capitol Crimes, and The Roman Ban on Contact with between the remnant of the Southern Kingdom namely Yehudah, Beniyamin, and Lewi, from any, and all contact with Yisraelites of the tribes of Reuwben, Sh'mown, Dan, Gad, Asher, Yissaskar, Z'vuwluwn, Yehowsef, and Efrayim thatwere scattered abroad. The obvious concern being to keep the numbers of the Yisraelites down to a minimum for Roman security purposes.
As you can see, politics ony came into the Yisrael with the arrival of the heathens, as a way to subjugate governments, and remove the influence that worship had on Government. In Torah, there is no separation of "Temple" and "State". Without the Temple, there is no state.
SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE
The President of the United States must take an oath to uphold the Constitution which expressly forbids him to acknowledge Torah as the path that man must follow.
The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment prohibits the establishment of a national religion by the Congress or the preference of one religion over another, or religion over non-religion. Originally, the First Amendment only applied to the federal government. Subsequently, under the incorporation doctrine, certain selected provisions were applied to states. It was not, however, until the middle and later years of the twentieth century that the Supreme Court began to interpret the Establishment and Free Exercise Clauses in such a manner as to restrict the promotion of religion by state governments. For example, in the Board of Education of Kiryas Joel Village School District v. Grumet, 512 U.S. 687 (1994), Justice David Souter, writing for the majority, concluded that "government should not prefer one religion to another, or religion to irreligion".
That is the exact opposite of the law that YAHOWAH gave to the Kings of Yisrael which state:  "And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear YHWH his Elohiym, to keep all the words of this Torah and these statutes, to do them"That clearly proves that the office of President of the United States is a Servant of Evil, and that the office of a King of the Yisraelites is the Servant of YAHOWAH.
 

          LAWFUL YISRAELITE ELECTION TO PUBLIC OFFICE

So just how did our government elect it's officials?
